Why archive assessments?

The most common reason we recommend archiving assessments is that any students taking a class for a second time (for any reason) will not easily be able to take the same exam again. 

What if I want to use the exact same questions again this year?

When archiving an assessment, you have the option to make a fresh copy for this school year. The copy has the exact same content, but has not yet been assigned to any students. 

How do I archive an assessment?

You can archive one exam at a time or bulk archive assessments.

Can I archive all of last year’s assessments at once?

Yes! You can use the directions to bulk archive all the assessments in your account at one time.
